Your satisfaction is our priority at Grousale. We strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, we're here to help you with returns and refunds.


πŸ“¦ Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in original condition with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • We do not accept returns for:
    • Used or damaged products (unless received damaged)
    • Items without original packaging
    • Items marked as "Non-Returnable"

🚚 Return Process

  1. Email us at tronikomes@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-7042870887 with your order ID, reason, and photos (if damaged).
  2. Our team will validate your request and arrange pickup if eligible.
  3. Pack the product securely with all accessories.
  4. Courier partner will pick it up within 3–5 business days.

⚠️ Self-shipping may be requested in remote locations. Cost will be reimbursed (if eligible).


πŸ’³ Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.
  • Refund will be made to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
  • Cash-on-Delivery orders will be refunded to your bank account or UPI ID.

If your group-buy order was unsuccessful, the full amount will be auto-refunded within 3–5 days.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Share a clear video of unboxing & product issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
