👥 Group Buying Terms

  • Group deals will be confirmed only when the required number of buyers join within the allotted time.
  • If a group fails to complete, your amount will be refunded within 3–5 working days.
  • Discounts shown are valid only upon successful group formation.

💳 Payments

  • We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD in select areas).
  • All payments are processed securely through trusted gateways.
  • COD orders may include an additional handling charge.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched as per timelines mentioned on product pages. You agree that delays caused by third-party couriers or incomplete group formations are not under Grousale's direct control.
